Learn natural
pronunciation and articulation
to make your speech clear and easy to understand!
What is Enuncy?
Enuncy is a visual speech model designed to turn the enigmatic patterns of speech into easy-to-remember Mouth and Tongue Styles, using science and engineering intuition.
With Enuncy, we don’t just teach the basics of phonetics and phonology—we take a comprehensive and innovative approach. Our method, which we call Enuncineering, focuses on building clear, natural, and intelligible speech through a structured system inspired by the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA).
The Three Pillars of Enuncineering
1. Enuncineering Framework
We provide learners with a systematic, rule-based method to achieve accurate pronunciation. By defining key sampling points for each sound, we offer precise guidance that helps learners consistently produce correct articulation.
2. Targeted Mouth and Tongue Training
Each sampling point comes with specific exercises designed to strengthen the muscles used in speech. These targeted drills improve articulatory control, leading to clearer, more confident pronunciation over time.
3. Creative Exploration and Experimentation
We also encourage learners to experiment with sounds in a sandbox environment. Beyond words and rules, you can play with unconventional or playful sounds to deepen your awareness of how speech works. This freedom turns practice into discovery—and makes learning more engaging.
By combining structure, physical training, and creative exploration, Enuncineering helps learners not only refine their pronunciation but also develop a deeper, more intuitive understanding of how language is produced.
Why our learners succeed
Practicality
You gain a clear understanding of sounds and the precise mouth and tongue shapes needed for accurate pronunciation.
Intuitive
You can produce sounds more quickly and accurately without relying on example recordings, making learning more natural than just using IPA.
Universality
You develop a strong awareness of how these mouth shapes apply to other languages, enhancing your pronunciation accuracy when hearing new sounds.
