Refund Policy
Version 1.2 – last updated 21 October 2026
Who handles refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are paid out by Paddle, to the payment method you used.
14 days on your first payment
You can ask for a full refund of the first payment of a subscription within 14 days of that payment. You do not have to give a reason. A refund ends the subscription and your access to the paid plan right away, and your account continues on Lite.
For consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, this is the statutory right of withdrawal and applies to every new subscription. Everyone else gets it from us voluntarily, once per customer.
Renewals and plan changes
Renewal payments are not refunded unless the law where you live requires it. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you are not charged for a period you did not want.
When you change your plan, Paddle settles the difference pro rata. A downgrade leaves a credit for the unused part of your current plan, which is set off against your next payments.
Outages
If Enuncy is unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, you are entitled to a proportionate refund for the time affected (section 12 of our Terms of Service).
How to ask for a refund
Look up your order at paddle.net with the e-mail address you used and request the refund there, or write to us at Contact@Enuncy.com. We deal with every request within a few working days.
paddle.netYour statutory rights
Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country remain unaffected and take precedence over this policy.
